It is very common in young girls to have some change in dates. Nothing abnormal about it. Use hot water bottle for pain relief. Take rest. Avoid coffee and cold drinks. Avoid too salty food. Gentle exercise like walk and yoga helps. Yoga will also make cycle regular.

Hello,
thanks for your query on Lybrate
"as" per your clinical history is concerned you can stop medications as mentioned ,do take [lapanto-dsr cap]once a day for abdominal pain and vomiting, add (crocin-650 mg) for headache and add (absolut-3g soft-gelatin cap) once a day at bedtime.
Try to avoid [primolut-n] if not advised by your doctor.
Hope that helps.

Hello Lybrate-user, Please avoid any type of medication to relieve pain. First, treat in a natural way. Do regular exercise and jogging, do abs and legs workout. And eat healthy foods and fruits. I am sure you can get immediate recovery. Then if not recover your pain you can start with a minimal dose of medicine. Thank you .stay healthy and happy.

If you had unprotected sex there are chances, but you have to wait till next expected date, if you miss the periods then get urine tested to confirm pregnancy.
