since she has already taken both doses, she should be protected to a fair amount. However, the response to the firts dose would have been less.
Nothing to worry about. She needs to be careful as do the rest of us.

Usually within 14 days the symptoms set in, hence the 14 days quarantine period. You can get another swab taken on the 15-18 day for confirmation, after which it is safe to go ahead and meet family members. However you still have to continue the safety precautions.
