Second egg mostly will not ruptured. We give medication when one egg is mature. Because if we wait for another to mature the first one will rupture and after that progesterone starts increasing and endometrium changes so after second egg rupture endometrium is out of phase for pregnancy. It's difficult to understand but whatever your doctor is doing is correct.
