That is considered as controlled hypothyroidism. Another aspect is please do not keep changing the dosage rapidly. It take about 6 weeks to see appropriate change in tsh levels. the quick solution would depend on your b12 levels. If too low, go for im injection of b12 for quicker results. And renerve plus has 1500 mcg b12 so it should be sufficient. You can take it in place of mecobal.
