I understand your concern about the bleeding gums near your deep cavity in the lower back molar. Unfortunately, I cannot provide medical advice or diagnose your situation. However, I can offer some general information and suggest the next steps you should take:
possible causes of bleeding gums:
inflammation from the deep cavity: the bacteria in the cavity can irritate the surrounding gums, leading to inflammation and bleeding.

b) if its possible.
I'll answer the second first. Pediatric dentists handle children as young as 3 days old. Rct in 4 years old is very common and possible. However the child's compliance can not be predicted. Hence ait is strongly advised to get the procedure done by a pediatric dentist/pedodontist.
A) you have yourself written that the kid has cavities. I have no reason to believe that any wrong advice ...more

Hello
duration is suspicious. You should get it checked out immediately by a oral surgeon or oral medicine specialist. You can also visit your nearest dental hospital. Generally gums are not the common site for white patches, however it is possible. A physical check is needed to differentiate if this is common or cancerous.
