Hi at your age peptic ulcer ds is less common, unless you have h.pylori gastritis. As you are using nestrn mf, which makes you more prone for h.pylori infection. I suggest you undergo test to rule out h.pylori infection. If present you need eradication treatment for 14 days. Hope this helps. Thank u.

This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms.

It needs to be maintained and in many cases, diabetes can come back, which is why it is so important to continue your diabetes appointments while in remission.
