Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the corns which causes the pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area.

tendency of getting corns can be permanently removed by proper homeopathic treatment.
the more get it removed surgically, more frequently you will will have it. surgery is not a solution.
these are mostly caused by friction between an area of out foot and footwear. so would suggest you to wear shoes or slippers with soft base.
avoid walking bare feet.
you can apply thuja ointment on the corn twice a day and especially before wearing slipper or shoes.

Corns can be treated with homoeopathic treatment. The holes or dead skin that you see in the corn are keratin plugs which are at the centre of the corn/callosity.
advice
1. Dip your feet in warm water for 15 minutes and clean the area with a pumice stone.
2. Use soft footwear.

People with diabetes tend to suffer from foot problems. With diabetes, you have a higher chance of developing burns, calluses, blisters and foot ulcers. Furthermore, diabetes damages the nerves of your feet that may cause numbness. The blood flow to your feet may reduce, so an injury or wound may take longer to heal.

To prevent such foot-related problems you need to follow a proper regimen.

This part of the human body has more sweat glands than anywhere else in the body. Additionally, compared to sweat glands in the other parts of the body that secrete to control your body temperature when exposed to hot weather or while exercising, the sweat glands in your feet produce perspiration all the time.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Corns occur due to friction between the footwear & feet
- wear proper fitting socks & shoes
- dip feet in hot water for 5-10 min two to three times a day
- dry them & apply moisturiser to soften the skin
- the upper hard skin can be scraped by a pumice stone
- take a analgesic tablet if pain is more
- slowly the corn improves & usually gets cured following the above measures
- for chronic problem surgery may be required.

Flat foot that might trigger the pain always and however we treat that may not help. Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. Wear mcr chappals.
