There are few homeopathic remedies which help, however, if there is a corn footwear should be changed to a more comfortable one, use silicone soles separately, they too help, emoliments lotions etc can reduce the grittiness however, recurrence is inevitable even with removal because the source is friction and uneven weight on the foot.
