There are two things corns usually are not multiple they may be plantar warts. Also once the corns are removed you need to get pressure assessment of foot and use proper offloading shoes.

First the diagnosis has to be confirmed. Most of the times plantar warts are mistaken for corns. Better consult once to evaluate and the treatment options will be CO 2 laser or surgical excision for both corn and wart. SD Dermatz skin clinic.
