Hello lybrate-user. Contact lens use should be avoided (if possible) in people with dry eyes. There are a few lubricant eye drops (eg. Genteal eye drops) that may be used along with contact lens. But, as you have an issue of dry eyes, better to stick to glasses.

You will not be comfortable if you don't correct the cylinder power in your contact lens since your number is so high. Better to use special contact lenses called toric or rgp lenses.

Contact lenses with higher water content may help to some extent, but once dryness in your eyes starts, any lens would trouble you similarly.
Still, one way out is to take a trial of different lenses with highest water content and see for yourself.
Considering that you are very young, tackling dry eyes for the following several years could be difficult. Hence, I suggest that you should better go for lens implants inside your eyes (ICL).

If you are more 19 years of age, no chance of increase in myopic power & your power is just -0.75D RT eye &-1.5D Lt eye .You are short sighted& don't need glasses for near work eg reading ,writing etc ,you need glasses or contact lens for only distance vision eg watching TV etc, for such minor power I will never advise you for LASIK or Smile. You can take plenty of green vegetables along with balanced diet & put some lubricating eye drops 3-4 times a day (genteal eye drops).
