Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of mixed dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Main cause of piles is constipation. You must clear your symptoms first. Whether your piles is bleeding or blind than than only I will suggest you medicine. For a time you can take thuja 1m 1dose.

No. It’s not because of masturbation. Do this 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increas the fibre in your diet. 3. Increas your fluid intake. 4. Sleep dis order. I am not sleep at night more then 4 hours. And also it's interrupted dome times. Although I take medicine revitrol. 5 as directed by doctor. My age is 29. I want to sleep 6 to 7 hrs with out medicine. I have gas and constipation problem lil bit.

Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience. Sompraz is ppi. This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. If its very severe then elevate your bed raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach. For the last 03-04 days I am having a cute constipation though iama very old patient of this decease. I do not feel pressure in the morning, sometimes whole day. I have been taking ayurvedic cream but at present it is ineffective. Recently I had viral fever too but now I am fine. Except constipation there is no other problem whether it is appetite or something else. Kindly prescribe some medicine.

A1.Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2.Take little more water in the day 3.Eat more fruits and green vegetables 4.No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food, no maida products 5.No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks 6.No alcohol 8.Daily morning walk for 30 mts 9.Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 10.Fiber foods that are high in insoluble fiber include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Try wheat bran, brown rice, or whole grain bread. Soluble fiber- prunes and figs can be added to breakfast or eaten as a snack. 12.Take a glass of hot milk with sugar at night before sleeping medicine can not be advised for open question. Muje bawasir or kabj bhi hai 4-5 din se pet saaf nhi ho rha kya kru should I take medicine? Ye problem muje throat problem ki medicines lene k bad suru huyi h.
