Ask her about their comfort after wearing the shoes.
Continue all the exercises guided to you by your therapist.

Even if you go to the chiropractors for the flat foot which is of no use, because of foot bone alignments are in such a way, if you disturb it it will collapse the foot arch, try to do street exercises and foot wear modifications with arched foot support will help.

First, you need to do an x-ray to find out whatever your suspecting is correct. Then only can advise line of treatment. Do thoracic n lumbar spine x-ray done from some lab.

Check with your friend whether he has flat foot that might trigger the pain always and however we treat that may not help. Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. You shall ask your friend to wear mcr chappals.

You can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets.
