Dear lybrate-user, there is nothing to worry about. At this age, our body is constantly regenerating, growing at a rapid rate which does require energy. So we burn calories at a faster rate.
But please keep these point in mind.
Do not consume empty calories like cold drinks, bread, noodles, pasta,jam etc as these things give instant energy boost but effect quickly fades away and we become hungry again.
