Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Hi, Lack of hunger can be due to the rising heat and external temperatures. Just keep yourself well hydrated if you don't have appetite for food then have Milkshakes, Juices, Fruits, Coconut water, Lassi etc. Have fresh cut cucumber and carrot. Have light meals like Curd Rice or Dal khichadi. Have an Orange with black salt before starting a meal.

Duration of complaint not given. Keep a diary to note down food items suspected to remain undigested. Avoid them for some time to see the result. If confirmed to be undigested you should avoid them. Seasonal vegetables, fried items, spicy dishes, milk products or wheat products may be the cause. Try to consume more water 3-4 litres daily.
