Milk is the best source of proteins along with curds but no cheese of burger variety. Start giving solids at 6 months, if you see a tooth to bite a biscuit, sooji, moong daal soup with rice water. At 1 year encourage the kid to eat like adults, giving him or her chapatis, rice, daal, curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements. Never compromise on milk.

Dear lybrate user. Chewing food helps it to mix with saliva and the food also gets a pasty form. Saliva has many digestive components in it. Therefore chewing the food I always considered better. But, even if you do not chew enough cooked food, there may not be much difference. Our digestive system is strong enough to digest many things even without cooking. Take care.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari, naan, white bread.
Can drink tea but without sugar say no to buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's
can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati, bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water
and remember exercise is the main stay of the treatment for pms.
