You can introduce her papaya shake it just milk + papaya .papaya will help to treat with consipation .and if you give him milk + papaya in shake form it will easy her to swallow that.

kamal I think you are wrong arnica is anti inflammatory drug ,and you are asking about immunity so don't think over the limit

keep continue complimentary food and of you can do much better than consult a Dietician and let the baby start same feed.

Baby should be exclusively breast feed for 6 month and it should be continued till 2 years along with complimentary feeding. Complimentary feeding should be started after 6 month of age. Home made food is preferred. You can give cerelac also once or twice. Mother should take milk and milk product, pulses, soyabin peanuts green vegetable and fruits. 2.5 to 3 liter water per day. Calcium and vit D supplement.

You can eat dried fruit in anytime of the day as a snack but the best time is to eat it early in the morning to squeeze out the maximum benefits.
