Hello doctor, ritika this side. I just wanted to ask about the diarrhoea for my 15 month old. She was okay day before yesterday when I gave her enterogermina 2 times a day. Yesterday because my parents insisted we saw a doctor and he gave one syrup zioral and enter plus powder but in evening it got worse and she had 7 8 times loose motion and green in color. I am again giving podot and enterogermina from night. How log can she be in enterogermina? It’s already been 10 11 days and once we stop the symptoms are again same. Please help.

anal fissure is usually associated with constipation (due to straining & hard stool). You have to modify your dietary habits & daily routine to regulate your bowel movements.
Firstly, have plenty of water & fibre rich diet; avoid red meat (if you are non-vegetarian).

I have had a lump in the anal region for 14 days. I have been taking the medicine calcium dobesilate these 14 days prescribed by a gastroenterologist who diagnosed me with external hemorrhoids. Recently, a colorectal/general surgeon diagnosed me with thrombosis external hemorrhoids and needs surgery. He also diagnosed internal hemorrhoids at 3, 7 and 11 o clock positions which he said won't need surgery. The external hemorrhoid is pea sized and doesn't hurt. However, I wanted to know: can thrombosis external hemorrhoids go away on their own with meds or do they always need surgery? I saw an article that says even in case of thrombosis haemorrhoids the lump remains present for up to a month and eventually gets reabsorbed by the body. Is that true?
