Coughs and colds can be brought on by nearly anything – a change in the weather, not being warm enough, being in contact with someone else who has a cold, and just generally coming into contact with this virus. Since it is air borne, a cold is extremely easy to get, which is why it is so common. There are many different ways to treat your cold.

Most people don’t know this but the common cold does not have a cure. This is because most viruses do not have a cure. All the treatments that are designed for the common cold essentially aim to get rid of the symptoms.
