. All fever recordings are normal. Repeated cold, cough, weakness are to be further evaluated by a physician. There is an element of allergy probably due to change of weather, dust, pollution, strong odor etc. For weakness some blood tests may be necessary if problems continue even now.

You might be having simple flu. Usually, antibiotics are not given for them and it may take ~7 days to improve. Continue home remedies, if still condition doesn't improve, you can take antibotics for that.

Problem appears to be due to allergy like change of weather, dust, etc. Take plenty of water, avoid causative agent like dust, strong odor etc. For similar cough ascoril d is ok with antia llergic like allegra tablet 1 per day. Tablets given were antibiotic, hence not to be taken unless prescribed. If recurrence see your doctor again.

When you have it for 15 years it could be nasal allergy, post nasal drip, defect in nose like deviated septum or acid reflux. You should consult ent specialist, for proper direct examination, diagnosis and further advice.
