This appears to be due to some infected nasal problem or septic chronic sinus disease. You may have to consult ent specialist for proper clinical examination, some further investigations for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Recurring severe cold and cough, wheezing sound may require thorough check up by ent specialist followed by consulting physician - internal medicine for clinical examination, investigations like blood, x ray and sputum. Allergy can also be a starting point for which you have to identify exact allergic agent, so that you can avoid it. Pet animals like dogs or cats, cockroach or pigeons may be cause of allergy.

Not an ayurvedic doctor. But here are my advice as I have the same condition. Avoid allergens. Wear mask. Stay away from dust pollen. Take honey one spoon before bed daily.
Get yearly flue vaccine. Use saline nasal spray twice daily or after coming from outside. Use antiallergic medicine whenever you feel symptoms. Also take vitamin c tablets during seasonal changes. Cut your nails very short as mites can get stuck there too. Always keep asthalin inhaler with you for safety. Please note:

It could be seasonal allergic cough, which comes every year and goes automatically. Just if it increases then better to take medication for it. You may take any anti dry cough syrup from medical shop.

Hello. Eustachian tube block can happen during cold and cough episode. Did you also have fever? You need to start with decongestant medicines and nose drops containing xylometazoline to improve your clogged nose and relieve the swelling around eustachian tube. Take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day and a cough syrup containing ambroxol would be helpful. You can opt for a teleconsultation for a detailed medication advise and a better understanding of the problem.
