Remember always that no food works in isolation.
Green coffee may help boost metabolism maybe by a mere 5% but exclusively depending on green coffee wont help weight loss.
Your diet and exercise is always going to be the most important to lose weight.
Some people are genetically not able to metabolize caffeine so be cautious to not have more than 2 cups a day if you do or you may land up with some cardiac issue.

There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. Coffee is not bad .It depends whether you are taking with milk or without milk and the quantity and the time you are consuming it. Whether you are adding sugar or any sweeteners is also important.

Coffee beans are rich in anti oxidants along with caffiene. So having in limitation helps as it has stimulant effect and antioxidant properties.But check for chicory and coffee ratio, any other adulteration and if you have allergies with it. Having a small cup in the morning does not harm you. But do not get addicted to it. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit☺

Hi lybrate-user ideally taking curds after coffee is not palatable but mixing together with some nut can make good smoothie. Their is no do & don'ts in nutrition for coffee in terms of before & after. You can have fruit or chocolate post 10 mins of coffee if you desire.

Just having green coffee and expecting to lose weight will be a waste of time. Do not look for short cuts or quick fix methods to weight loss and do not believe in anything posted on social media unless it comes through an expert (with genuine degree in the field) and with scientific basis. If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to do it with wholesome diet and exercise. Hi Lybrate-User, green coffee or green tea taken before meals preferably before breakfast and lunch helps alot by boosting up your metabolism. However you need to restrict the intake to twice a day as higher quantities results in reduced vitamin absorption in our stomach, especially of iron and calcium.
