Donot go out make a glass chembur with aspartic precautions. Sir it's not possible in a live person. Yet use of spices limited amount are best honey, tulsi, giger, clove all r best immunity provider.
Seasonal fruits, green vegetable, salad buttermilk curd use are best. Watermelon is available now use that all minral are present very good for body.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Yes, these tests will definitely help in determining if a person has any autoimmune disorders. However each autoimmune disorder will have a different set of tests for diagnosis.
