I am (age 61) based in mumbai and presently suffering from non thrombo cytotoxic purpura and it periodically reoccurs (honech schonlein purpura) note: my platelet count has been always above 170,000 I do have any other illness and my body type is pitta dominated purpura symptoms - rash & bleeding underneath skin (echymosses / blood spits approx 1 cm) - these blood spots are seen on feet, legs? Buttocks and hand. After few days these spots turn purple/black and are itchy. Occasional pin and needle sensation in body. I am tired of alopathic treatment-steroids, immunosuppressant, multi vitamins and steroid creams. Basically above meds (alopathic) suppress the diseases temporarily & have major side affects. Seeking advice for natural/ayurvedic treatment and once again my body type is pitta dominated

Morphea is an autoimmune disease that causes sclerosis, or scarlike, changes to the skin. Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system, which normally protects us from bacteria, viruses, and fungi, mistakenly attacks a person's own body.

Dear lybrate-user
please sahre reports which mention that you have a hyperimmune system. As far as allergies are concerned, there are tests available to check what substances you are allergic to and best is to avoid those allergens.
