Important question is, what is causing you problem more than the other if you have pain, sensitivity, swelling, unbearable pain, so obvious you will want to get rid of that first. You need to undergo complete scaling of your teeth with some antibiotics, mouthwash and vit c supplements for pyorrhoea. For hole in tooth you need to get it rct treated and crowned (cap). Rest dentist will find out after doing x ray what should be the appropriate treatment for the tooth with hole. Thanks.
