Always remember
scaling and polishing will never create gaps in the teeth.
Scaling and polishing will never cut the gums.
There is a reason why
1. The instrument that is used to do scaling is a vibrating machine, it vibrates at 120000 rpm i.e speed and some even more. So a vibrating instrument will only vibrate the calculus which you call tartar, and thus the calculus get removed.
2. The instrument that is used to do scaling has no cutting surface, so in no way it can cut gum...more

Hello. Welcome to Lybrate. If you feel like the color doesn't match with adjacent teeth, you can do restoration again. Check if you have any discomfort regarding the filling done. Do you feel any sensitivity. There are possibilities for this. So verify it. If you have further doubts. You can ask me. Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down. Most likely you have impacted wax in your ear which is why you have pain, also chronic inflammation/infection of the middle ear. Please consult your nearby specialist so that a proper examination of your ear may be done using otoscope (like stethescope, and a proper diagnosis be made, so that appropiate treatment can start.
