having a rash is a symptom and not a disease. You should note that any external malady expressed by your body due to the internal cause. The rash is a condition of the skin wherein it becomes red, inflamed and itchy.
Common causes of a rash could be-
1.due to contact with tight clothing, hand soaps

Hello Lybrate-User, Please stop using biluma cream now. Biluma cream can cause some dryness. It is better you apply a moisturizer first for next 7 days to decrease the redness and dryness. Your fairness might not be improving because your skin is dry. Keep it moisturized as much as possible and slowly slowly you will start seeing the difference.
