Hi doctor. I really have some serious problem, I don't know what it is but it looks like a wound that surrounds it is all red in my skin and it's super painful. it has also a nerve from my feet coming to my stomach. I hope you can reply my message asap, it's better if I can show you this on picture. please help me.
