Your wysolone tablets are causing your sugar to rise. Adjustment of dose of wysolone should solve this issue. Your medicines for rheumatoid arthritis is right but it is good to be managed by a rheumatologist for this as he specialises in management of rheumatoid arthritis. You need not to wear mask if you are on short term course of wysolone. Long term use of wysolone is high doses can cause immunosupression which might necessicitate you of mask.

0Smoking is definitely harmful overall and more so in chronic pancreatitis (i assume that is the diagnosis). It leads to worsening of symptoms and development of cancer in chronic pancreatitis. You should quit immediately or get help to quit as soon as possible.

Your Cholesterol is deranged. As the first line you need to start with diet and exercise precautions. And repeat your lipid profile after 4 weeks of these precautions.
