1. Malalignment of the spine & the intervertebral joints.
2. Weak supportive muscles around the spine.
3. Sudden trauma to the spine

Consult with gp in person for proper assessment, there is nothing like drinking water gives you back pain.
Back pain is related mostly for improper posture and deficiency of vitamins and calcium.
If you have any kidney problem then the pain will be be at left or right side of the back.

Bend your knees so that your feet are flat on the surface. Imagine that you are gently lifting up the base of your spine towards the ceiling and slowly tilt your pelvis backwards. As you do this you should draw your back down to the floor. Aim to hold this for 20 seconds and repeat 5 times.
