Your history suggests migraine. Take tablet suminat rapid dissolving, it will help in controlling acute attack. Try to find out precipitating factors. Command n ones are cheese, chocolates, decreased sleep, loud music etc. If you have more than 2 attacks in a month you will need preventive treatment also. Come back with response to medicine and detailed history.

I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache
•1.You can turn off light for some time
•2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck.
•Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain.
•Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles.
•
•3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect.
•4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess)
5.Sleep well

headache may cause due to irregular life style, sinusitis, indigestion, chronic diseases, drug aggravation, inedequate sleep, exposure to scorching sun.
First of all you should take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins.
Go for meditation to calm down your nerve to ease your headache by reducing your stress.
Your diet be easily digestible, simple, non irritant, on time.

Hello, it's important to figure out what type of headache is causing your pain. If we know your headache type, we can treat it correctly. I think you are suffering from tension headache, the most common type, feel like a constant ache or pressure around the head, especially at the temples or back of the head and neck.
Take bc no. 12, 5 tabs twice daily and kali phos 6x, 5 tabs at bed time.
Alpha ha, 15 drops with warm water twice daily.
