After being administered the Hepatitis B vaccine, I have developed permanent adverse reactions, which were not anticipated. In the gym I could previously lift 100 KG with ease. Now, due to the excruciating pain in my left shoulder, I am not even able to lift 50 KG. Once in a while, I also experience sudden pain in either my right or left toes after walking. However, the pain does not persist and disappears when I sit or sleep. The pain cannot be attributed to the shoes, as I continue to suffer from pain even while wearing any type of shoes. There's a measurable loss in stamina ever since I was administered the vaccine and now, after a little physical activity, I feel breathless and due to this, I am not able to perform any cardiovascular exercises the way I once used to. I have chronic fatigue and it is not improved by getting rest. I have a dry persistent cough when there's nothing to bring up. Even when I am seated, there is pain in the upper left half of my abdomen in a specific area. Due to this, I am not able to sit comfortably in the bus, sofa or a chair! The pain I feel is connected to posture (especially when seated) and the movement of muscles. A change in position often eliminates this pain and it is nonexistent when I am standing or lying down. Painkillers don't help. This pain can't be ruled as an internal stomach pain as I can feel both the pain in my upper left abdomen and the digestion in my stomach simultaneously. I suffered the residual effects of all these symptoms for more than 4 years. Previously, I was perfectly healthy and I was very athletic. However, after the vaccination, I am experiencing debilitating side effects and severe pain. For diagnosing and curing this, will it be advisable to see an orthopedic or rheumatologist? This is a citation that demonstrates the adverse reactions of Hepatitis B immunization vaccine.

Please help me out with this. I developed severe and apparently permanent adverse reactions as a result of Hepatitis B vaccine. About 4 years ago I was completely healthy and very athletic before this vaccination and have now suffered severe, debilitating autoimmune side effects from this vaccine. Would a referral to orthopedics or Rheumatology be better for my left shoulder pain, which isn't in both shoulders at once, just the left, previously I had no shoulder problems, I used to lift 100 KG but now I get left shoulder pain when I lift 50 KG and these started after vaccination. There's a measurable loss in stamina before the vaccine to how I am now, I experience breathlessness much earlier when I do cardiovascular exercise then before I had the vaccine. I have chronic fatigue and it is not improved by getting rest. I have a dry persistent cough when there's nothing to bring up. I have a constant pain while I'm seated, which is focused in one specific area, on the upper left side of my abdomen. This area hurts while I'm seated with my laptop or while I'm watching TV or while I'm seated on the bus. The pain is related to muscle movement and positional. The pain isn't there with change of position i.e. Standing up or lying down flat. Painkillers don't help. It's not my stomach because when I eat, I can feel the stomach processing food and the upper left abdominal pain both at the same time, and they are in two different locations. I suffered the residual effects of all these symptoms for more than 4 years. I'm having an Ultrasound scan soon and I've had normal blood tests all which came out fine.

A few months back we thought I had hypoglycemia. Symptoms being: Headaches, eye pain, mood changes mostly pending on food, shaky with out food, chronic fatigue etc. We recently got a kit to test blood sugar levels and they are usually between 125 and 145, once it was 163. Would this be considered" impaired glucose tolerance" more close to diabetes or is this normal range? (19 years old, female, 125 pounds) I have no health insurance at this time and am looking for advice. I have a few health things going on. Others being on my period 3 weeks a month, off one week a month. I've never been one to be tired but lately I need more sleep. Mood swings. I do have to eat something every hour or everything gets worse (Shaky, head ache, mood swings, depressed, tired, weak, behind my eyes hurt, dizzy, most symptoms of hypoglycemia) Any ideas, help? Advice?

Hye,
You are getting into nutritional deficiency, hence showing above signs.
Most often lack of stamina, energy levels etc is due to poor nutrition.
It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs.
Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced.
This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy an...more
