You must procure a diet chart from a Dietitian / Nutritionist...Join a Gymnasium to develop Vastus Medialis Muscles of your thighs...Strong Vastus medialis is helpful in preventing dislocation / subluxation of patella..... However .. you may need surgical correction if Physiotherapy does not help..... Take care.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Your father is having low pulse rate that is called bradycardia if it is right from beginning itscal right what is the bp level if it ok then he should go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have nutritious food he may be having calcium tab also. Get the blood sugar level checked up. You can consult a medical specialist also.
