this procedure, to increase the height of tooth by recontouring gum tissue is called as crown lengthening. It’s a common procedure and often takes less than an hour to complete. Crown lengthening can be necessary if there isn’t enough of the tooth in place to hold the crown on its own. Cost of this procedure depends on many factors like technique used, (laser or manual crown lengthening), number of teeth to be treated, specialization and experience of dentist, area of dental clinic and...more

Hi
do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Take care.

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.
