you did not get overweight in 2 months. So, do not expect to lose weight in 2 months.
Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Hello, firstly, you need to avoid alcohol. Secondly, donot have heavy dinner, go for high fibre foods like veg oats, daliya, khichdi, salad bowl mixed with hung curd, soups, etc which will fill your stomach and will not lead to fat deposits. Atleast in morning 5-10 minutes of high intensity workout you should do.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss.
* in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it
*in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot.
