Hello doctors, hope you all are doing good thank you so much for the answer in advance query I was having burning sensation in legs and hands and also my joints were paining allot. Now my all std test came negative. And then I thought of vitamin b12 and d3 test so, there is was I was deficient my b 12 was 175 and d3 was 17 after treatment or single slot of b12 my burning sensation are gone now, here are my questions 1. Does single shot of b12 can make. My deficiency go away? 2. I am having pain in my stomach more. Often that too in my left side it feels so what uncomfortable how can I explain it it's a dull pain on upper stomach just below my ribs but it feel uncomfortable more often 3. I have unprotected sex on 6 the june and after 25 days I did antibodies test it came negative. My vdrl test was also negative my urine test that time was normal but sometimes I had burning sensation just after I pee but I have this from long time. I consume tobacco then after I have these stomach issue I guess, but it's hard to leave the tobacco I try to cut down it and consume less also I have sometime back pain and abnormal moment of my muscles my age is 27 thanks you so much.

You need repeated oral dose of b12 to over come the deficiency. About that pain you are having I need to ask more questions. The burning pain you are having is due to uti. Treatment is needed for that. Consult at your convenience.
