Hi, height of 5 feet 11 inches is about 180 coms. If you are 156 cms that is only 5 feet 1.5 inch. You need to recheck and confirm. Ideal body weight for an indian man is height in cms - 100, whatever answer you get that number of kgs it should be.

Your b12 is in the normal range, though you must continue with oral b12 for another 3 months. You can add a bcomplex containing b1. Please also check for hb, blood sugar and thyroid levels.

calorie based diet is not recommended. Quality and quantity based I suggest 4 cups of vegetables and good quality fat and protein for dinner and lunch get in touch to know more.

No vitamin kills the other sir. Probaly your diet is insufficient in vitamon b12 and the dose in most multivitamins is not sufficient to countract it. Please share your b12 levels and consult.
