I have seen the details mentioned. With your current weight your bmi is 26.15 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), which means there is an excess of almost 7 kgs. However, your blood glucose is very well controlled, which really good. Weight reduction is a tough task. However, you may consider increasing the time spent on exercises.
