Hello, first of all you need to practice self control over foods and get a mind set of shaping your body firmly. Avoid eating junk foods. Start adding fruits and green vegetables to your diet. When ever you feel like eating something even if you are full just take a sip of water. Apart from it you need to exercise on a daily basis like pushups, squats, running etc.

it can be allergic phenomena.non of the food products are essntial for growth of child.so if child doesn't like it just replace it with home made cereals, diet.don't force him nor pamper just let him himself.
