Take good mount of fruits, water, yoghurt.
Avoid fasting for long hours.
Avoid eating too much food at once.

Hi, usually females reach full maturity earlier than males. But still, you are only 18, no worries. Try to basic exercises like pushups and sit ups. Remember that food alone cannot gain you weight. You must workout regularly.
Sleep for minimum 8 hours.
Consume more dairy products. Chew your food properly. Live a stress free life. You will quickly gain weight!
