Hello, mam I would be more than happy to advice you for your baby, first of all always clean the oral cavity with warm water, you can use a cotton swab, dip in lukewarm water and clean the tongue and the palate nicely after every feed. This is the best method to avoid toothdeacys.

tooth decay is something caused by many factors such as poor oral hygiene, sweet food/beverages consumption. Once tooth starts decaying it then required suitable treatment done by dentist. As you mentioned there is no pain then it must be caries that has not reached to the deeper tissue yet, that would further require different treatment. So I suggest you to visit your nearest dentist, get your x ray done and get the proper treatment done. Do let me know for any help.

keep mouth clean use mouth wash after every meal rinse with warm salt water many times a day apply clove oil or pain out ointment in the decayed tooth till u take definitive tt

Brush twice daily especially at night avoid sticky foods get tt of decayed teeth by a dentist as it can not b treated with med.
