please do a full blood profile check start taking multivitamins tablets daily for 3 months
and make sure you are taking proper meal in proper time increase your protein intake.

Get cbc ,ecg, lft ,rft and thyroid profile done.
It should not be taken lightly.
Though it can be something mild like panic attack but it would be safer to rule of major illnesses.
