Hi lybrate-user posterior disc bulge c4-5-6 with radiculopathy treatment depends on which nerve is involved. Shoulder neural mobilization will give good relief. Take hot water pack for 10 mins
start with selective stretching of the muscles. Than strengthening of muscles. Take one week rest. Visit a physiotherapist and start doing neural mobilization exercise n depending on the assessment the cure will be based on relieving the symptoms. Regards.
