Hello I was with my mom at home, she was sleeping in the couch but later she woke up and got up then she walked to take something from the table and then I saw her getting weird as if something wrong was happening, she sat down and started shaking it looked like an epileptic attack however she wasn't drooling she wasn't responding, she tried to get up but then she fell on the floor, she was super white. After the incident she layer down and she says it was only cause she got up quickly. However I am very worried could have been an heart attack or a stroke? Could it happen again if not taking her to a hospital? Or should I not worry? My mom is a 49 year old woman, she drinks pill for high blood pressure and she works and sleeps very little sometimes 4 hours only. What should I do?

Both of them have the same drug.
But each ones absorption and duration of action is modified by manufacturing process of the drug.
