Hello, it's better if you get it removed. Removing it will not harm your teeth. Just by polishing it will get removed. If you leave it, it will constantly hit your lower teeth, and the pressure will harm your teeth. Better get it removed.

Yes it is definitely possible with the help of braces. But as a professional I would suggest you to pay a visit to your nearest dentist. He can help you to rule out the cause, if there is any and at the same time can also layout the treatment modalities that would be best suited for you.

The cost depends on many factors like the area, complexity of the case and the level of malalignment present. There are various types of braces available in the market, starting from 35,000 to 2 lakhs. So I would suggest you to pay a visit to your nearest orthodontist (one who specializes in braces) so that he can examine you and then provide you with the complete treatment plan and accordingly the cost that would follow.

Not all braces treatment requires removal of teeth. You will need to be evaluated clinically to determine the need for the same. Also, the caps on teeth might need to be looked at if you want to opt for the braces treatment.

Yes you can go for clear retainers like essix retainers or else you can go for fixed lingual retainer also. Fixed means you no need to remove everytime you use. So it's the best retainer.

Hello dear, pain after filling can be due to few reasons, 1. High point, 2. Deep caries which was actually indicated for rct 3. Any gap in filling leading to microleakage. Treatment and its cost will depend based on the clinical and x-ray findings.
