Lesions of tongue that are localized superficially can also be treated with direct puncture and injection of sclerosing agent (absolute ethanol).

Hello, If its a proven hemangioma (either by examination or by any investigation) then the solution is to get it excised. This can be surgical excision or post occlusion by interventional radiology, what we say.Also the criteria for excision is if at all it is of large size and hampering the day today activities. Any kind of conservative procedures will not be of much useful.

First of all skin haemangioma is not harmful usually, and mostly found as a birth mark and it reduces size by itself when person growing old. Now you are just a 15 year old better you for few more year it will disappear or size will decrease. If not then you can consult with doctor.
