Dear ahmed do pranayama meditation and exercise to your capacity good diet (, easily digestible)
a simple remedy I suggest
take 3-5 gms of sonth. Take 200 ml water boil and reduce to 50 ml and strain add one spoon of castor oil take only once in the morning in empty stomach.
Take only hot water for drinking.
Agnithundi vati 2, tabs 3 times a day.
Pippalyasasavam 20 ml twice a day after meals along with equal quantity of water
review after one month.

FREQUENT HEAD WASH: Wash your hair minimum three times a week. Dead skin, oil and white flakes should be washed off frequently. Every day washing is also good. Use shampoos containing salicylic acid etc. Keep lather for five minutes before washing it off, thus giving medicine time to act.
