No, if space is required for correcting the mal occlusion or crowding of teeth, generally extraction of a premolar is advised on either side. It gives space for the other teeth to align along the dental arch. It does not affrect you facial feature, rather correctly aligned teeth will improve them. Don't worry about this.

Hey there, the wound healing takes time atleast 15 days and proper socket healing and bone healing takes a month around or even more. Kindly keep the area clean and do regular warm saline rinses. Brush twice daily and use a mouthwash twice daily. Place turmeric powder paste made in desi ghee over the area for fast recovery and prevent infection and inflammation.

Hello, first of all pain is not the only criteria to conclude weather a filling or a root canal is required in the tooth, Sometimes you might have pain and still the tooth require just the filling and sometimes you dont have pain but tooth will go for root canal.
