Hello dear, pain after filling can be due to few reasons, 1. High point, 2. Deep caries which was actually indicated for rct 3. Any gap in filling leading to microleakage. Treatment and its cost will depend based on the clinical and x-ray findings.

Do rinses with tolerable hot water with 1/4th teaspoon of salt in it about 7-8 times a day. Apply rexidin m on the affected gum area 3 times a day for a week. If it does subside then visit dentist near by. Hope it helps.

It is difficult for us to tell what it is, that blue color might be metal showing through your crown. I would suggest you to visit your dentist and confirm. If it is metal it doesn't harm.

Hello lybrate-user
all the best for ssb!
usually small fillings are not taken into consideration.
But capping of tooth is due to mainly post rct.
If the cap/crown is tooth coloured you may not struggle.

my Lybrate code: dt95e8.
