Whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for few days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after these days then take a follow up.
So kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not.

Try breastfeeding as much as possible. If still on formula milk, try to make the composition of the milk correct. Always make in ratio of 30 ml water, measuring with a 10 ml syringe along with only one scoop level full of milk powder. Mix well and give with cup and spoon. Bottle feeding to be stopped, if using already.

Reducing substance in stools can be a normal finding if the baby has had multiple episodes of loose stools in past few weeks.
You should focus on just one powder formula milk and make it correctly in terms of composition, be it any. Stop bottle feeding if using. Measure water 30 ml with 10 ml syringe, and mix with one scoop level full powder. Use cup and spoon feeding. Child will be happy and full. Continue breastfeeding. Consult me if still problem persisting. Will advise.
