Check the causes? Have you recently walked a lot
Run/cycled, Pulled /pushed heavy weight. Do you sit with hanging legs. Do you suffer varicose veins. Do you have history of similar problem. Does your parents suffer from any cardiac ailment. Do you take any blood thinning medicine? If there is yes for any of it show to a Physiotherapist. Else apply moist heat pad. 8 mins thrice a day. You will be good. Remember stretching regularly solves many problems.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. when we sleep, our foot are in plantar flexion (downward) and calf muscle have shorten at that time, so you much work out for calf muscle like stretching exercise not so hardly and warm fomentation you need for thrice time a day (alternate days for 12 days). see the result

No workout for 2-3 days, do hot fomentation and apply local gel 2-3 times a day. Take lots of fluids/water, add some extra salt to salad/curd etc. Take a tab of b-complex and calcium for 3 months. If of no avail consult an ortho doc.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head.
